No Refund Policy
All payments made to Abu El Haija Marketing FZ-LLC are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Monthly retainers
Setup fees
Strategy, consultation, or onboarding fees
Content creation and production services
Any partially used or unused services
Once a payment is made, it is considered final and confirms your commitment to proceed with the agreed services.
Advance Payments
All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Work begins only after full payment is received.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services (strategy, planning, resource allocation, and execution), refunds cannot be issued once work has been scheduled, initiated, or delivered.
Notice Period & Cancellation
Clients may request to terminate services by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice.
However:
The notice period is unpaid and non-refundable
Any remaining time or unused services during this period will not be refunded
All outstanding payments must be settled immediately
Deliverables & Work Completed
→ Any completed or in-progress work during the service period is considered billable and non-refundable
→ Unused deliverables, content, or services expire upon termination
→ The company is not obligated to complete pending work after termination
Third-Party Costs
All third-party expenses (including but not limited to advertising spend on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are:
Paid directly by the client
Non-refundable under any circumstances
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Business performance dissatisfaction
Delays caused by third-party platforms
Account suspensions or algorithm changes
Lack of engagement or results
Agreement Acknowledgment
By engaging with our services and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy as part of our terms and conditions.
